Chef Timothy Palmer is the Executive Sous Chef of the Fairmont Winnipeg. Chef Palmer began his culinary career at the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge in the Rocky Mountains before travelling the world and working in some of the most exotic international locations, such as Port Douglas, Australia and Bermuda. Prior to taking on his current position in 2012, Chef Palmer was the Chef de Cuisine of Epic restaurant at the world-renowned Fairmont Royal York in Toronto. He has a passion for food and loves to create delicious memories for everyone who sits at his table.
