Rigatoni with Ham and Peas
Catelli Classiques Rigatoni

Ingrédients

  • 1 pkg (500 g)CATELLI® RIGATONI
  • 1 jar (680 mL) pasta sauce
  • 3 chopped green onions
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
  • 1/4 lb (125 g) smoked ham, diced
  • 1 cup (250 mL) frozen green peas, thawed
  • 2-3 tbsp (30-45 mL) chopped fresh parsley or basil
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) whipping cream (optional)

Étapes de cuisson

Step 1

Cook rigatoni according to package directions.

Step 2

Sauté onion in oil for 1-2 minutes. Add ham, peas, pasta sauce and cream; simmer 2-3 minutes.

Step 3

Toss rigatoni with sauce and parsley, season to taste with salt and pepper.
