Method

Step 1

Heat oil in large pot set over medium heat. Add onion and cook, stirring often, for 3 minutes. Stir in tomato paste and basil. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Stir in broth and water; bring to a boil.

Step 2

Add uncooked alphabets and vegetables. Cook on medium for 15 minutes or until alphabets are tender. Serve promptly.
