Spinach and Cheese Lasagne

Step 1
Combine Ricotta cheese, parsley and egg; set aside.
Step 2
Spread a 1/4 of the pasta sauce in 13 x 9 inch (3 L) baking dish. Top with 3 lasagne noodles, another 1/4 sauce and 3 more noodles. Spread Ricotta mixture over noodles. Top with spinach, 1 cup (250 ml) Mozzarella cheese and 1/2 of the Parmesan cheese. Top with 3 more noodles and 1/4 sauce; cover with remaining noodles and sauce.
Step 3
Sprinkle top with remaining Parmesan and Mozzarella cheeses.
Step 4
Bake, covered, in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven for 35-40 minutes. Let stand at least 10 minutes before serving.
