Fusilli Sweetly Spiced Carrot Pasta Salad Print Share Prep time 20 Min Serves 6 Ingredients 3 cups uncooked (750 mL) Catelli Multigrain Fusilli 1/2 cup (125 ml) Finely chopped fresh mint leaves 2 tbsp (30 ml) Cider vinegar 1 tbsp (15 ml) Honey 2 tsp (10 ml) Ground cumin 2 tsp (10 ml) Roasted walnut oil or extra virgin olive oil 1/4 tsp (1 ml) Each salt and pepper 1/2 cup (125 ml) 1% plain yogurt 1 1/4 cups (300 ml) Shredded carrot 2/3 cup (150 ml) Each finely chopped celery and green onion 1/2 cup (125 ml) Raisins 1/4 cup (50 ml) Chopped toasted walnuts Cooking Steps Step 1 Stir the yogurt with the mint, vinegar, honey, cumin, walnut oil, salt and pepper.
